Joining Shore Water Polo Team:

Complete Shore Registration Form with copy of Birth Certificate.Turn into Team Mom or Coach. Shore Registration Form click here.

All players and parents must sign and turn in the Shore Code of Conduct Form with Registration.

Must complete USA Water Polo Membership at www.usawaterpolo.org. 10U and Older Gold Membership. 10U non tournament player Silver Membership, 9U and Younger Splash Ball Membership only for Splash Players.

All registered Shore Water Polo Players must be current members of USA Water Polo for liability. Player is not allowed in water till proof has been given to Team Mom.

Fees are listed under the H20 Schedule and Fees tab. Please refer to H20 Polo Payment Options Tab to pay. Can join at anytime, fees can always be prorated.

Please speak to your Team Mom for prorated fees.
